I have many other interests besides railroads. Firstly, I am a professional baker. I am also a complete nerd. My partner and I are working on different projects relating to fandoms together while I have others I am working on solo. All of the files and articles linked on this page are written by me.
Many of these projects are ongoing or incomplete. If you are especially interested in a project that isn't finished, please reach out.

Baking References

Over time, as part of my professional career, I've put together these reference sheets for jobs where a quick glance is much easier than doing math or trying to remember something. I thought they may be of help to others, as well. Please note that everything in this section is meant for professional bakers in a commercial setting. Certainly, some of the information will transfer over to residential bakers (I've tried to include more detail in some places for this purpose), but some things will not. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions!

I have done a ton of work for the Avatar Legends Universe. My biggest accomplishment is actually writing a book on every location within the universe. It is a complete Atlas of the world. Unfortunately, I have yet to get it published. Some of my other projects are below.
  • Timeline of the Avatar Universe
  • Chronology of Titles
  • Family Trees
  • sample of The Unofficial Atlas of the Four Nations
  • 3D Printer File: Earth Kingdom Coins
  • 3D Printer File: Fire Nation Ban
  • 3D Printer File: Water Tribe Coin
  • 3D Printer File: Yuan Coin

In addition, I have played the Avatar RPG with some friends, and even had a miniature made of my character: Khanti. She is a skilled technology specialist from the Southern Water Tribe who was banished from her home. I used Hero Forge to create and order my figure. Since then, I have gotten my own 3D printer. I've printed a miniature for one of my players, but I still have to refine the settings for it.

This is another joint project with my partner. She and I have spent many, many hours watching every possible title through the MCU and beyond into the multiverse. We started these projects in about 2022, and we're working our way through the titles. We're getting closer to being caught up, but still aren't done. I've included Google Drive links to some, so others can see the work being done.

Truthfully, I am only interested in Pokémon up through generation 3 as I grew up playing Sapphire and Emerald. But, at one point, my partner and I wanted to watch the anime. So, we created a master watch order list.

We put this together as well; a master sheet of all Star Trek titles. We haven't watched much yet (we're most of the way through TOS). Once we get into it more, updates will be made on the best watch order. But, for now, based on my research through official sources and fans' opinions, this seem to be the best way to watch all of Star Trek. However, if someone wants a full chronological order then they'd start with Enterprise (-10) and watch through Strange New Worlds, then return to the top for TOS.

I've spent a lot of time working on projects related to the Wizarding World. Many fans prefer not to buy official merch these days, so maybe making your own projects is a better route to go, especially for parties and gifts! All of these projects are based on the original films, including the Fantastic Beasts series. New projects will pop up after the release of the HBO TV show.

I have used this file as-is and created a double-sided version. Though, my A1M doesn't print the double-sided very nicely when laying flat.
